Blurb from Goodreads: Paige should have never agreed to do her best friend’s project. Reading to a boy in a coma is just plain creepy, but her English teacher somehow thinks her acting skills make it the perfect community service match. But when she finds the boy’s journal hidden among his books, things turn from creepy to interesting.
Review: So I got a bunch of books for free from Amazon and Barnes and Noble and checking some of them out makes me realize that free books can be a giant hit or a giant miss. Luckily this book was great. It was a simple, sweet fairy tale read that left you with a good feeling and a grin on your face. This is the type of book where you know what will happen in the end before you even started reading the book, but it really doesn't matter. This book is so cliche but it doesn't mean its not good. I loved how Paige changed. She went from a superficial high school girl to a girl who realizes what she wants from life and doesn't follow anyone for the sake of popularity. It was a great change to see from her. It was funny to see that this change was brought on by a boy in coma. This read may just make you believe in fairy-tales. Definitely get this book. It's free on amazon and nothing is better than a good free book right? Well maybe chocolate, or coffee but that aside definitely get this book :)
